  • Orders placed after 12 PM PST, during the weekend, or on holidays will be shipped the following business day.

Shipping Options:

  • Default ShippingOur standard shipping methods include UPS Ground, USPS, LTL, and FTL, with typical delivery times of 3-5 business days.
  • Expedited ShippingFor faster delivery, consider upgrading to UPS Next Day or 2nd Day during checkout. This option is particularly advantageous if standard shipping to your state typically takes more than 2 days.

Carrier Responsibility:

  • After a package departs from our fulfillment center, the responsibility for any unforeseen delivery delays shifts to the carrier. While we are available to provide assistance, we cannot guarantee immediate resolution of issues related to carrier delays.

Billing and Shipping Addresses:

  • To avoid delays, ensure that your billing and shipping addresses are on file with your credit card company.

Special Delivery Situations:

  • APO/FPO Delivery: We proudly support our military by delivering to APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Expect 1-2 business days for processing and 3-7 working days for delivery.
  • International Shipping: ROCKSTONE POWER offers worldwide shipping. You can easily access estimated shipping costs on our checkout page by entering the recipient's country and postal codes. This functionality enables you to conveniently review available shipping services and their respective rates.

    Tracking Your Order:

    • Tracking numbers are emailed after shipping. If there's no activity or delivery confirmation, the package may still be in transit. Allow 24 hours for updated information.
    • If the tracking number indicates delivery but the package isn't at your front door, check safe places like your porch, garage, building's front desk, or with neighbors.
